Promoting Bird Conservation Through Eco-Friendly Nest Installation

On 5th March 2026, Bharatiya Jana Seva Mission proudly continued its environmental initiative “Back to Nest – Welcoming the Wings Home.” As part of this program, volunteers installed eco-friendly bird nests on trees to provide safe shelter for birds and promote a healthier natural ecosystem. With rapid urbanization reducing natural nesting spaces, this initiative aims to restore habitats for birds and encourage communities to live in harmony with nature.

During the activity, members and volunteers of Bharatiya Jana Seva Mission carefully placed handcrafted, eco-friendly nests on suitable trees in the surrounding areas. The effort was designed not only to create secure nesting spaces for birds but also to raise awareness about the importance of protecting biodiversity and maintaining ecological balance. Each nest symbolizes a small but meaningful step toward environmental responsibility and compassion for all living beings.

The Back to Nest initiative reflects the organization’s commitment to environmental conservation and community engagement. By transforming ordinary trees into safe homes for birds, the program reminds society that protecting nature begins with simple actions. Bharatiya Jana Seva Mission encourages citizens, especially young volunteers, to participate in such eco-friendly activities and contribute to preserving the natural world.
