Since the older times, women have been treated as second rate citizens of all across the globe. The situation is almost the same everywhere-irrespective of the developed country or the developing country-caste, community, colour or creed a position which is comparable in many ways, with that of racial minorities. Our awareness program have also motivated and encouraged women learners to educate their children, particularly girls by enrolling them in formal schools. The confidence of the girls, as they perform drill or play football, is the result of the awareness among neo-literate parents that girls need to be educated and outgoing. The need to provide equal opportunity to both girls and boys has also had effect of generating greater demand for the quantity to both girls and boys has also had effect of generating greater demand for the quantity and quality of primary schooling . 

We facilitate employment and income generation programmes through various skill-based trainings are for SHGs . This includes training for rural entrepreneurship and small-scale business and encouraging women to become self dependent. We have organizes various skill-based & Capacity Building trainings for the SHGs to facilitate employment and generate income. Training for garment-making, Handicraft Products, ‘Kantha’ Stich, Inclusion of Fabric designs at the Indian ‘Tanth’ (Cotton) Sarees work etc. are few examples.
